14 june 08 - 18 june 08 : Mt Kina with Chewy

I came back from Mt Kinabalu the other day and decided to look through my older posts and one of them stood out for me.

It was dated 1st july 2006. 2 years ago.

i guess i've fulfilled that...

It just struck me how much i had wanted to experience climbing up this mountain.
Frankly, it truly had been an incredible experience but on the other hand, i wouldn't say it was the most unforgettable or that it would be a key point of my life. no it won't.
However, it just amuses me how life could go one full circle and at the end, whatever you have dreamt before or whatever that mattered to you before, arises from its dormancy and rings you in the head again. It certainly proves to me that desires can sometimes become stale and dusted.

But it will never go away.
