
Ahh yes second recipe...again with salmon. this time no more carbonated orange :p. Just plain common sense. Extra virgin olive oil, salt, cracked pepper, vinegar (cause i didn't have lemon), dill and thyme. Spread over fish and wait for about half an hour and grill!! And if you don't know how to make salad, i just don't know what to say. Special emphasis on the cherry tomatoes though...only use cherry tomatoes and not the normal ones. Extra virgin oil and abit of dijjonaise for dressing. When the fish is grilled well, about 6 minutes or just as the top gets to a nice orange, put it on top of the salad. OISHII!!
